Initiate Your Return

Log into your Waidon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
